The foundation is a management background and a certified coach education both internationally and European (from EMCC and ICF) specializing in Transition Management - to lead people through job changes.

I have leadership experience within the technical part, sales / export, development of small and medium-sized companies as well as a Jobcenter.

The company Albæk is based in Aalborg and works with companies and candidates all over the country.
